Weight cutting is routine for UFC fighters, but it is really DANGEROUS!!!
This is well known to all the people that are competing in much martial art sports. This especially defines UFC fighters, which often try to cut their weight in on a day, to more than 20 lbs. They go to the state of dehydration, that is not good, and when your body dehydrate, it collapses, and the consequences can be devastating. There have been many fighters that have DIED because of this weight cutting. Even though they gain some advantage by fighting in lower weight classes, but that isn’t definitely worth of their lives!!!
